They were willing to craft any drink we wanted and even provided a beautifully designed, professional menu. Their setup was adorable—complete with the cutest cups and charming signs that added a special touch. No doubt a five-star vendor!! We hired Prancing Pony Drink Trailer for my daughter's wedding this past weekend and they were fantastic!! We just had Prancing Pony as the bartenders at our wedding and they were an absolute joy to work with. The team took great care to make sure they understood the ins and outs of the occasion and provided a great estimate of the supplies we’d need. They were kind and courteous to the guests at our wedding and worked really well with our coordinator.
The team was fun to work with. Their trailer is adorable! The team also took into account for our younger guests and made wonderful NA (non-alcoholic) drinks for the kiddos. This went above and beyond!
I cannot recommend these folks enough for your event in central TX!

For starters, this company is amazing to work with. Also, this drink trailer is probably one of the most beautiful trailers I’ve ever seen. We used them for our salons anniversary party, and everything was top knotch, the service, the quality of drinks, everything. Highly recommend for your next event or wedding!

I cannot say enough good things about the Prancing Pony Mobile Bar. They were so easy to work with and when we ran into an access problem at the venue 1 day before the wedding they worked a solution to make it work. All of our guests enjoyed the service. If your event is looking for a service to provide a bartender for beer, wine, champagne and a couple of signature cocktails this is an excellent option! Why a mobile drink trailer?
It all started with a TikTok video. We saw a simple idea that could add so much uniqueness to an event. We know that planning a special event can be stressful and overwhelming so we work hard to make the rental and service process easy and positive. We will work with your event coordinator, florist and caterer to ensure that we bring your vision to life.
